Shipping
All pieces are made-to-order and can take 1-3 days to be prepared. Orders are shipped by USPS/ Canada Post and due to the current global situation, can take anywhere between 2 and 21 days to be received.
Return policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase but in the event that you aren’t, we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the item.
This policy excludes personalized or custom orders unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item was received.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours to info@laurencandice.com to ensure a timely resolution. Once we hear from you, we will take you to the next step to return your item.
*We will not refund items if bracelet string has been tampered with, torn or cut. We also suggest sending the item back with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
Caring for your jewelry
All items are handmade with care and are chemical free. Materials can change and evolve over time and this process can accelerate when exposed to water, creams, perfumes, spray tans, the oils of your skin, etc. To prolong your jewelry’s life, we suggest minimizing its exposure to these products where possible and to exercise care when putting it on and taking it off, holding it from the geode to avoid any excessive stretching.
